Ordering at The Bonding Dram is completely safe. All online payments are managed by PayPal. 

The Bonding Dram has experience in the field of global shipping of breakable bottles since 2007. Currently our process is thus perfected that the risk of glass breakage is almost zero. However, we err on the side of caution and our standard packages come with insurance and tracking code. 

We aim to ship orders in Belgium within 2 working days and within 7 working days to the rest of the world.

Shipping Rates

The webshop calculates the shipping rate for your order according to the weight of the total order. We ship worldwide. Free delivery for East-Flanders (BE postal codes 9xxx) above 100 euro purchase.

What happens if my parcel is damaged when it arrives?

We package carefully and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that one or more bottles are damaged or leak during shipment, we ask that you take photos of the damage and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement. Please note that it is possible for a bottle to sell out between the time your order is fulfilled and your shipment arrives. Should a damaged bottle no longer be available, we will allow you to pick a replacement from our available inventory at equal or lesser value.

Minimum legal age?

We may only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence.

Taxes and Duties?

Alcohol products sold at and are subject to BE taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT, 21%). All our prices displayed include 21% VAT. Your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.
